If you create new EmpowerID Locations and want to use those locations to manage resources from an external directory (after the initial mapping and inventory of that directory), you must map those new EmpowerID Locations to the appropriate directory location.

For example, if you create an EmpowerID Location named "Dublin" and move people to that location, in order for the user accounts linked to those people to be moved to a corresponding "Dublin" OU in the external directory, the Dublin EmpowerID Location needs to be mapped to the corresponding Dublin OU.
