Applications leveraging EmpowerID for OAuth-based authentication are issued tokens with which they may make API calls on your behalf to retrieve data and perform actions. To ensure that your identity remains secure, it is a good practice to periodically review which applications have a valid token and to delete or deactivate these tokens for applications you no longer wish to have access on your behalf.
