  1. On the navbar, expand Azure License Manager and select Configuration.

  2. On the Configuration page, select the Tenants tab and then click the Publish Azure AD App Service action link.

     

  3. For Application Type select Microservices and then click Submit.

     

  4. For Microservice Application, select SPO Salesforce SCIM Microservice 3.1 and click Submit.

  5. Browse for and select the SharePoint Online Salesforce SCIM App Service Publisher Profile Settings file you downloaded from Azure.

  6. Once you have selected the file, click Submit.

  7. Click Yes to confirm that you want to publish the microservice.

  8. Click OK to close the publish results message.

After you complete your configuration of Azure to host the Salesforce SCIM microservice, you need to publish the microservice to the app service from EmpowerID.
