1. In the navigation sidebar, expand Resources and click Workflows.
2. In the Search field, enter the name of the workflow you want to modify; in this case, to set default values, select Unreviewed Recertification Task Notification.

3. Expand the Request Workflow Parameters accordion.

4. Modify each parameter as desired. To ensure that emails are sent for unreviewed tasks, do the following:
   1. Next to NotificationDayCount, click the Edit icon Edit Image Added icon and enter the default number of days to wait before sending an email to the Line Manager.
   2. Next to EscalationDayCount, click the Edit icon Image Added icon and enter the default number of days before the audit ends to send an email to the Line Manager's supervisor.
      
      
5. Click Save.
