Navigate to the installation directory of Cloud gateway. The default location of the installation is C:\Program Files\TheDotNetFactory\Cloud Gateway.
Find a config file named EmpowerIDRemoteManagementServiceRemoteRuntimeWorkerProcess.exe.config. Open the file in any text editor.
Navigate tothe Proxy section of the file and replace the value of the old server with the new one.
Restart the “EmpowerID Remote Agent Service” for the new settings to take effect.
