  1. On the navbar, expand Identity Administration and select People.

  2. On the People tab, search for the person for whom you want to create a Person Relationship and then click the EmpowerID Login link for that person.

    This opens the View page for the person. From this page, you can view and manage the person.

  3. On the View page, expand the Org Chart and Relationships accordion and click the Edit link in the Reports To pane.

  4. In the Search field that appears, enter the name of the person who is to be the manager in the relationship and then click the tile for that person.

  5. Click the Save link.
