Help

The bot is always listening to the command “Help, “which will provide a list of options of workflows the bot can execute.

Applicable to Microsoft Teams & EmpowerID Mobile App

Open the Bot.
Type help, find the list of options that the bot can run for you.

Logout

Logout command will log out from your current session.

Applicable to Microsoft Teams & EmpowerID Mobile App

Open the Bot.
Type help and click on log out to terminate your session. Alternatively, you can type logout instead of clickingon the Logout button of the session.

Quit/Cancel

You can easily quit the bot conversation. Quitting a bot will end the context of the current conversation.
