1. Type help in the Bot to bring the options menu.

2. Click on the Request for an app or a Activate a pre-approved group or management role button.

   Select either application role Click on either the group or management role you wish to activate.

4. You can directly type the role's name or type all to list all available roles. Select the role from the list and click on OK.

5. You should see a similar message providing you with a link to View Status. Clicking on the Check Status button will open the approval details in the IT shop interface.
