Unlock a person who is locked out of the Password Reset Center
On the navbar, expand Password Management and select Password Workflows.
Select Unlock from Password Reset Center.
Image ModifiedSearch for the person needs to be unlocked from the Password Reset Center.
Click the Person record returned to select it and then click Submit.
