When your Privileged Access Policies the Access Request policies for computers are configured to record sessions, EmpowerID maintains recordings of user activity for each RDP or SSH session connected to those policies. As an administrator, you can view these recordings as needed.

To view privileged session details
On the navbar, expand Privileged Access and click Sessions.
Select the RDP/SSH Sessions tab and then search for the session to which you want to connect.
Click the Session Details icon for that session.

On the Priv Sessions Details page that appears, click the Play buttonto begin playback.

You should see a recording of the activity that occurred on the machine during the session.
