Each MFA Type provided offered by EmpowerID is configured out-of-the-box comes pre-configured with a designated LoA (Level of Assurance) point value. You can edit customize these point values , by increasing or decreasing them for each MFA Type as neededaccording to your organization's security requirements and preferences. This flexibility allows you to tailor the authentication process to suit your organization's specific needs while maintaining high security.

Expand Single Sign-On > SSO Connections on the navbar and click Multifactor Authentication.
From the grid, click the Edit button for the MFA Type whose point value you want to change.
In the dialog that appears, type the new value in the Level of Assurance (LoA) field and then click Save.
