For instance, the Find page for user accounts is displayed in Figure 1. Basic search, as shown in the image, is useful when searching for a specific user. Users can enter a search term, such as the name or logon name of the user, and EmpowerID returns the exact record(s) related to the search term. To return multiple users' records, users can use the advanced search features, the Locations tree, or a combination of both. Figure 2 and Figure 3 show examples of using the Locations tree and advanced search to find all user accounts in a specific domain or directory.
