  1. Log in to EmpowerID with the necessary permissions.

  2. On the navbar, expand compliance and click Recertification. Select the Audit tab.

  3. To find the audit, you can type the name in the search textbox and click on the search button to search. Click on the View Details link to open the audit details page.


  4. Click on the communication tab of the details page. This tab will display a button for sending an advanced notification. Click the button to trigger the Notify Audit Participants workflow to send the message.


  5. As previously discussed, select the desired type of recipients to whom the email should be sent.

     

  6. In order to send the email to the chosen recipients, click the "Next" button to submit your request. The workflow will then automatically locate and email all eligible recipients for the selected type.
