Procedure
Using Bulk Upload
Sign it in to EmpowerID as an administrator and browse to Role Management > Query-Based Collections (SetGroup).
Select the Actions tab and then click Add People to Set Exclusions.
Search for the target Set, click the record to select it, and then click Submit to finalize your selection.
Under Multiple Person Selection Options, select Yes.
Browse for and select the file with the logins.
After selecting the file, click Load CSV.
Review the results in the preview and click Submit.
Click Submit to complete the process.
Using Manual Selection
Sign it in to EmpowerID as an administrator and browse to Role Management > Query-Based Collections (SetGroup).
Select the Actions tab and then click Add People to Set Exclusions.
Search for the target Set, click the record to select it, and then click Submit to finalize your selection.
Under Multiple Person Selection Options, select No.
Search for the person you want to exclude from the Set and check the box for the person’s record to select it.
Repeat step 5 for each person you want to exclude.
After adding each person, click Next.
You should see a message indicating the results.
