Manage services and app pools
On the navbar, expand Privileged Access and click Computers.
Search for the computer with the services or app pools that you want to manage.
Click the Display Name link for the computer.

This directs you to the View One page for the computer. View one pages allow you to view and edit the objects to which they are linked.

Start and stop services
To manage a service expand the Windows Services accordion and then search for the service.

Click the State button to start or stop the service as needed. A green bolt indicates the service is running whereas a red bolt indicates the service is stopped.

Edit service identity
To manage a service expand the Windows Services accordion and then search for the service.

Click the Edit button for the service.

Check Edit Service Identity

, select the desired service identity account, and enter the password for that account.

Navigate to Privileged Access > Service Password Reset Inbox and verify the password reset for the service identity.
