Deleting app rights that are no longer necessary for your application is crucial for simplifying user permissions management. By removing these unused rights, you can streamline access control processes, enhance security, and ensure that the permission structure within your application remains efficient and up to date.

Procedure

  1. In Resource Admin, use the search functionality to find the PBAC application with the app rights you want to remove add and click the Details button for the app record.

    This action directs you to the Overview page for the application.

  2. Expand the PBAC Definitions menu item, select App Rights, and search for the app right you want to delete.

  3. Click the Delete button located on the record for the app right.

  4. Confirm your decision.

Expected Result

You should see that the app right has been successfully deleted from the application. Any app right assignments associated with the right it will be removed, and role definitions containing the app right will be updated.
