1. In the Navigation Sidebar, expand Resources and click Workflows.
2. In the Search field, enter the name of the workflow you want to modify, in this case, to set default values, select Unreviewed Recertification Task Notification.
   
   
   
   
3. Expand the Request Workflow Parameters accordion.
   
   
   
   
4. Modify each parameter as desired. To ensure that emails are sent for unreviewed tasks:
   1. Next to NotificationDayCount, click the Edit icon and enter the default number of days to wait before sending an email to the Line Manager.
   2. Next to EscalationDayCount, click the Edit icon and enter the default number of days to wait before sending before the audit's end date to send an email to the Line Manager's supervisor.
5. Click Save to change your settings.
