There are a number of ways that you can manage recertification workflows including:
- changing the description,
- defining the Request Workflow Parameters, and
- modifying default values.
Each recertification workflow has its own parameters to configure and its own email template and email tokens. See Recertification Permanent Workflow DetailsWorkflows for more information. It is a best practice to provide default values in the Unreviewed Recertification Task Notification workflow parameters to ensure that emails are sent any time escalation or notification is enabled for a workflow.
