In EmpowerID, an audit is a logically named user-defined , logically named object for identifying or grouping attestation tasks and running the Attestation Recertification policies that generate them. When you create an audit, you link it to an attestation a recertification policy. Then when the audit runs, it creates an attestation or certification a recertification task for each item in the policy.

To create an audit

From
  1. In the Navigation Sidebar,

  1. expand Compliance Management For Auditors and

  1. click Audit Configuration.
  2. From the Audit Configuration page, click the Actions tab and then click Create Audit.

    In the following image, the Navigation Sidebar has been collapsed to conserve screen real estate.

  2. In the Audit Details form that appears,

  1. enter a name and description for the audit in the Name, Display Name, and Description fields.
  2. Select the date you want the audit to start from the Started field.
  3. Select the date you want the audit to end from the Due Date field.
  4. Type the name of the person to be the audit owner in the Audit Owner field and then click the tile for that person.

  1. Select Enabled to enable the audit.
  2. Click Save.
