  1. On the navbar, click Azure License Manager to expand it and then click Manage Assignments.

  2. Select the License Bundles tab and search for license bundle to which you want to add the assignee.

  3. Click the License Bundle link for the target bundle.

  4. On the General tab of the License Bundle Details page, click the License Assignees accordion to expand it and then click the Add New button.

  5. Select the EmpowerID actor type you want to make an assignee from the Which Type of Assignee for this Policy drop-down. In this example, we are selecting Person as the assignee.

  6. Select the specific actor (in this person) from the Select <Actor> to Receive Policy drop-down.

  7. Click Save.

    You should the assignment in the License Assignees grid.

License assignments are processed by the Fulfillment Queue, which is a Daemon job that runs in the background. Once the Fulfillment Queue grabs the assignments, you can view the process status in the Fulfillment Queue Accordion of the Fulfillment tab on this page. From start to finish, it takes the queue approximately 10 minutes to complete license assignments. Once the queue processes the assignments, you can view them from the Fulfillment tab on this page.
