This article demonstrates how to restore one or more user accounts that were previously deleted in EmpowerID.

To restore a deleted account in EmpowerID

Restore deleted accounts

  1. On the navbar, expand Identity Administration and click User Accounts.

  1. Select the Restore Deleted Account action.

  2. Search for the deleted user account you want to restore and then

  2. Repeat step 3 for each deleted user account you want to restore.

  3. When ready, click Submit and then click OK to close the Operation Execution Summary.

Tip

If you cleared the Wait to See Results checkbox, the Operation Execution Summary does not appear. Disabling Wait to See Results on this screen does not suspend the action; it only hides the results of the action.

To verify that the account is restored in EmpowerID

Before submitting your changes, you can remove one or more user accounts from the cart by clicking the Selected icon and then clicking the Remove button beside the accounts you want to remove, as shown in the below image.
