      • Join by First Name and Last Name – When set to true, joins Person accounts to the same core identity based on a match of first name and last name.

      • Join by Birth Date and First Name and Last Name – When set to true, joins Person accounts to the same core identity based on the match of Birth Date, first name, and last name.

    5. Core Identity inbox settings also support custom rules for joining the Core Identity.

      • Join Based On This List Of Comma Separated Attributes: This allows you to enter a comma-separated list of the Person attributes

        that must all match.

        Image Added

      • Join By Custom Match: This allows you to input a SQL query that defines the custom match that should be used to join Person accounts to the same core identity.

        Image Added

      • Core Identity Provision Rule: This allows you to configure a SQL query that can provision Person accounts to the Identity. If none of the rules above matches a person, this provision rule is a fallback and will determine how a Person object can be provisioned or linked to a core identity.

    6. The next time inventory runs and detects two or more people whose specified attributes match the rules you configured earlier in Core Identity Inbox Settings, EmpowerID provisions a core identity and links the discovered people to it.

    7. In future inventory runs, if EmpowerID detects another person with the same attributes as an existing core identity, it links the new

      person

      Person to it.
