The Mobile Phone Number and Mobile Phone Provider attributes must be set on the user's Person object. Set these attributes on the Contact Information tab of the Person's Edit One page. People who are locked out of EmpowerID cannot use one-time passwords. They must be unlocked first. |

Send a one-time password

On the navbar expand Identity Administration and select People.
Search for the person to whom you want to send

a one-time password
...
and then click the

record for that person to select it.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and expand the Actions accordion.
Click the Set One Time Password button.
Copy the passcode and click
...
SUBMIT.
Give the passcode to the user.
