In EmpowerID, Business Role and Location Combinations are special objects comprised of a Business Role, such as "Contractor" or "Standard Employee," and a location, such as "All Business Locations" or "Boston." You can use these to facilitate new Person creation by assigning them during the onboarding process. This allows you to assign resources through role-based delegations.

PrerequisitesThe Business Role and Location you are combining must exist in EmpowerID. In addition, if the Location is for directory-based assignments, EmpowerID must be connected to an external directory like Connecting to Active Directory and your external directory OUs must be mapped to EmpowerID logical locations. |
