When users MyIdentity is an EmpowerID application that gives you the ability to access and manage aspects of your organizational identity. You can perform several tasks within the application, including:
Viewing and editing your profile
Modifying your email notification preferences
Setting your Exchange Online Out of Office Status.
Creating permanent delegations to route approval tasks assigned to you to other individuals within your organization
Navigating My Identity
When you log in to MyIdentity, they can see the you are presented with pages and controls to which their roles grant them accessthat correspond to the access rights granted to your assigned roles. In the image below image, the logged-in user has full access to the application and can see view all pages and controls available to them.

In MyIdentity users can view relative information about themselves and their organization, as well as perform the following tasks:
View and edit their profiles

Set their Exchange Online Out of Office Status

The MyIdentity application includes the following controls. Depending on their your access to MyIdentity, you may not all users will see all controls depicted below.
Navigation App Sidebar – Allows users you to seamlessly navigate from MyIdentity to other EmpowerID applications
White Pages – Provides users you with a single location for viewing their your identity information and that of others in the organization. White pages contain the following tabbed views:
My Identities – Provides a view of all the user’s your person identities
All People – Provides a view of all people in the organization
My Direct Reports – View of the current user’s your’s direct reports
My Department – View of people belonging to the same department as the current useryou
Internals – View of all people within the your organization
Externals – View of all people outside of the your organization, such as partners and customers
Permanent Approval Delegations page – Provides users you with the ability to permanently delegate tasks for which they you are an approver to other people for approval. Delegated tasks, as well as those delegated to the person you by another, can be viewed here. Delegations created by the user you can be edited and deleted from this page as needed.
Workflows – Provides access to workflows the current user is you are authorized to run
Email Notifications – Provides users you with the ability to selectively pick the email notifications they you receive, change the frequency of those emails, or chose choose not to not receive email notifications.
View Profile – Displays profile information and organizational data about the current useryou, allowing them you to edit that information as needed.
