By adding Local Functions to Global Functions, organizations can logically connect generic actions in applications to the actual in EmpowerID are specific actions linked to broader Global Functions, tailored to fit the unique entities, systems, and locations where users can perform those actionsof an organization. For example, "Create Azure Groups in Tenant X" could be a Local Function associated with the "Create Azure Groups" Global Function.This article will guide you through the process of creating a Local Function by adding it to the "Create Azure Groups" Global Function, which was created in the Create Global Functions topic.

Procedure

  1. On the navbar, expand Compliance and select click Risk Management.
    This directs you to the Risk Management page.

  2. On the Risk Management page, locate and select the Global Functions tab and then search .

  3. Search for the global function to which you want to add a local function.

  4. Click the Name link for the desired global function.

    This opens the View One page for the global function. This page allows you to , where you can view and manage the selected function as needed.

  5. On the View One page, select the Who Has Function tab, expand .

  6. Expand the Local Functions accordion, and then click .

  7. Click the Add Local Function [+] button.

    This action opens the “Create Local Function” form.
