When you create a credential for a managed computer (a computer that EmpowerID inventories), you can link that credential to one or more computers. Once a computer credential is linked to a computer, users can request access to it using those credentials. All access occurs Assigning credentials to managed computers in EmpowerID allows users to access these computers through RDP or SSH sessions via EmpowerID's the Privileged Session Manager.

Procedure
On the navbar, expand click Privileged Access and click > Computers.
On the Computer pageNavigate to the Computers tab, search for the computer to which you want to assign credentials, and click the Display Name link for it.
This directs you to the View One page for the computer. View One pages let you view information about a resource in EmpowerID and manage it as needed.
Underneath the PAM tab of the View One pageare designed to facilitate the viewing and management of the corresponding objects in EmpowerID.
Under PAM, expand the Vaulted Credentials for Computer accordion and then click the Add Credential button.
In the dialog that appears, type the name of the credential in the Shared Credentials field and then click the tile for the credential to select it.
- Click Save to save your selection and close the dialog
Search for and select the target credentials.
Save your changes.
Results
EmpowerID vaults the credentials for use in accessing the computer via PSM.
