Delegated users can update the manager of a person on 's manager from the View or View One page for the person. If the person being edited updated has user accounts in Active Directory and or other connected account stores where /wiki/spaces/EAGV24R2/pages/3390554435, EmpowerID pushes updates to each external directory account owned by that person where the update has a corresponding attribute.
