Each recertification workflow has its own parameters to configure and its own email template and email tokens. See Recertification Permanent Workflows for more information. It is a best practice to provide default values in the Unreviewed Recertification Task Notification workflow parameters to ensure that emails are sent any time escalation or notification is enabled for a workflow.

- In the navigation sidebar, expand Resources and click Workflows.
- In the Search field, enter the name of the workflow you want to modify; in this case, to set default values, select Unreviewed Recertification Task Notification.
- Expand the Request Workflow Parameters accordion.
- Modify each parameter as desired. To ensure that emails are sent for unreviewed tasks, do the following:
Next to NotificationDayCount, click the Edit Edit
Span class img-inline icon icon and enter the default number of days to wait before sending an email to the Line Manager.
Next to EscalationDayCount, click the Edit
Span class img-inline icon icon and enter the default number of days before the audit ends to send an email to the Line Manager's supervisor.
