You can change your master password as long as you know your current master password. If you cannot remember your master password, you will have to reset it.

Change your master password

1. On

   n the

   navbar, expand Privileged Access and select Request Access.Select the Secrets tab and click

   EmpowerID Web application, click your user name and select View Profile.

2. Click the Privileged Access tab and then expand Secrets.

3. Click Change Master Password.

4. In the dialog that appears,

   in the first box, enter your

   • Current Password – Your current master password

   In the Password and Confirm Password fields, enter your new master password, which must be different from your EmpowerID Person password.

   • Password – Your new master password

   • Confirm Password – Your new master password

5. Click OK to save the new password.
