To disconnect an Exchange mailbox in EmpowerID
After disconnection, the mailbox remains in the Exchange database as a disconnected mailbox. It can be retained for a period depending on the mailbox retention policy configured in your Exchange environment. During this retention period, the mailbox can either be reconnected to the same or a different user account, or it can be permanently deleted if no longer needed. |
