Sign in to EmpowerID as an administrator and browse to Role Management > Query-Based Collections (SetGroup).
Select the Actions tab and then click Add People to Set Exclusions.
Search for the target Set, click the record to select it, and then click Submit to finalize your selection.
Under Multiple Person Selection Options, select No.
Search for the person you want to exclude from the Set and check the box for the person’s record to select it.
Repeat step 5 for each person you want to exclude.
After adding each person, click Next .
You should see a message indicating the resultsto complete the process.
Expected Results
When an individual is added as a Set exclusion, they are excluded from appearing in any Query-Based Collection that utilizes those Sets. You can review the results on the 'View One' page for the any relevant Query-Based Collections to verify that the exclusion has been successfully appliedCollection after the system has compiled it.
