Submitted Business Requests raise events in EmpowerID that create approval tasks for designated approvers in accordance with configured Approval Flow policies. Persons receiving approval tasks can opt to assign a specific task to another approver or have these tasks route routed permanently to other users for approval. This latter feature is known as “Permanent Delegations.“
