The quantity and variety of notifications sent by EmpowerID to Business Request participants can be managed at the organizational level, with the option to enable or disable specific notifications. Additionally, users can be granted the ability to configure their own preferences. If a notification is enabled and users have permission to adjust their preferences, they can disable the notification using the My Identity application for a more personalized experience.
