Once you have created a secret, that secret belongs to you. As the secret owner, you can share the secret with anyone within your organization–as organization – as long as that person has a master password and access to the PAM.
Share secrets
On In the navbar, expand Privileged Access and click Request Access.

Click the Privileged Access tab and then expand Secrets. You should see any secrets you created, as well as any that are shared with you.

Click the record for the secret you want to share and then click Manage Sharing.

This opens the Share a Vaulted Secret page for that secret.

Click the Edit 
icon.

Image AddedEnter the name of the person with whom you want to share the secret and then click the tile for that person.

Image AddedRepeat step 5 for any other people with whom you want to share the secret.
When finished selecting people, click Save.
