EmpowerID Bot enables you to request the app and management roles at your fingertips effortlessly. The roles you can request are Pre-approved Roles, i.e., they don't need approval from anyone for you to be a member. Please follow the following steps to request a role from the Botusing the Chatbot.

Type help in the Bot to bring the options menu.
Click on the Request for an app or a Activate a pre-approved group or management role button.

Image Added- Select either application role Click on either the group or management role you wish to activate.

Image Added You can directly type the role's name or type all to list all available roles. Select the role from the list and click on OK.

You should see a similar message saying that the request has been approved or sent for approvalproviding you with a link to View Status. Clicking on the provided link Check Status button will open the approval details in the IT shop interface.
