A recertification audit may have several recertification policies linked to it. Follow the instructions below to view the policies of the Audit,

  1. From the Audit Details page we navigated earlier, click on the Policy tab.

  4. The information you'll discover here is similar to what we observed on the Audit Details page. However, it's important to understand that the counts and details presented pertain specifically to the policy you select rather than the entire audit. In our situation, since the audit only consisted of one policy, the counts appear identical.

Send Email Notifications

EmpowerID offers a communication feature that facilitates the recertification process by sending advanced emails to notify recertification participants and, if desired, their managers. This capability ensures that all participants are informed promptly and effectively about their recertification tasks ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulatory requirements. You can send three types of emails in an audit.

All Audit Participants: The email targeting all audit participants aims to remind them about the task of the audit.
Anyone With Unfinished Tasks: This email is intended for individuals who still need to finish their assigned recertification task or have not responded to a recertification request.
Managers of People With Unfinished Tasks: The email aims to notify managers about the recertification task status of their team members who have pending recertification tasks. It would be beneficial to draw managers' attention to their team members' Recertification pending tasks.
