How to add eligible assignees to license bundles

  1. On the navbar, click expand Azure License Manager to expand it and then click select Manage Assignments.

  2. Select the License Bundles tab and search for license bundle to which you want to add the eligible assignee.

  3. Click the License Bundle link for the target bundle.

  4. On the Assignments tab of the License Bundle Details page, click the Eligible License Assignees accordion to expand it and then click the Add New button.

  5. Select the EmpowerID actor type you want to make an eligible assignee from the Which Type of Assignee for this Policy drop-down. In this example, we are selecting group as the assignee.

  6. Select the specific assignee (in this case, group) from the Select Group <Assignee to Receive Policy drop-down.

  7. Click Save.

Once ALM processes the group, you should see all users in the group receive a license. You can view this from the Fulfillment tab on this page.

Members of the group can now shop for a license from the IT Shop.
