Chatbot Authorization Error -"Sorry, authorization failed. Please contact your system administrator regarding your Teams account.” Any accounts not inventoried into EmpowerID or failing any requirements mentioned below in prerequisite will receive an error message "Sorry, authorization failed. Please contact your system administrator regarding your Teams account.” when they try to access the Chatbot. If you receive the error message, please request that your administrator or the IT Department to configure your account to allow you to access the Chatbot from your team's channel. You should be able to access the Chabot after your account is configured correctly by the administrators. More information about the error is provided here. |
