From the navbar, expand Admin > RBAC Definitions and click RBAC Access Levels.
On the Access Level page that opens, select the Actions tab and then click Create Access Level Enforcement.
This opens the Create Access Level Exclusion form.
In the Display Name field of the Access Level section, enter the name of the Access Level you want to exclude and then click the tile for that Access Level to select it.
Search for the Resource System Type where you want to exclude enforcement and click the box to the left of the system to select it.
Click Submit to create the exclusion.
