Responsible Parties are the people in your organization who are responsible for managing license bundles. They become the owners of those bundles.
To assign Responsible Parties to license bundles, you need to have one of the following Management Roles:
License Admin for All Pools and Bundles
License Manager for All Bundles
How to assign responsible parties to license bundles
On the navbar, click Azure License Manager to expand it and then click Manage Assignments.
Select the License Bundles tab and search for license bundle to which you want to assign a responsible party.
Click the License Bundle link for the target bundle.
On the License Bundle Details page, enter the name of the person you want to assign as the responsible party and then click the tile for that person to select her.
You should see the Responsible Party update to the selected person.
