Subscribed services can be excluded from a license bundles so that users who receive a license from the bundle do not receive the excluded service.
To exclude subscribed service from license bundles, you need to have one of the following Management Roles:
License Admin for All Pools and Bundles
License Manager for All Bundles
License Manager for Bundles Where Owner
How to exclude subscribed from license bundles
On the navbar, click Azure License Manager to expand it and then click Manage Assignments.
Select the License Bundles tab and search for license bundle from which you want to exclude a subscribed service.
Click the License Bundle link for the target bundle.
On the Assignments tab of the License Bundle Details page, click the Excluded Services (Prohibited) accordion to expand it.
Enter the name of the service you want to exclude and then click the tile for that service to select it.
Click Submit.
You should see the excluded service in the grid.
