Exclude Subscribed Services from License Bundles

Subscribed services can be excluded from a license bundles so that users who receive a license from the bundle do not receive the excluded service.

To exclude subscribed service from license bundles, you need to have one of the following Management Roles:

  • License Admin for All Pools and Bundles

  • License Manager for All Bundles

  • License Manager for Bundles Where Owner

Exclude subscribed from license bundles

  1. On the navbar, expand Azure License Manager and select Manage Assignments.

  2. Select the License Bundles tab and search for license bundle to which you want to add the exclusion rule.

  3. Click the License Bundle link for the target bundle.

     

  4. On the Assignments tab of the License Bundle Details page, click the Excluded Services (Prohibited) accordion to expand it.

  5. Enter the name of the service you want to exclude into the first search field and then click the tile for that service to select it.

  6. Click Submit.
