EmpowerID Bot enables you to request the app and management roles at your fingertips effortlessly. The roles you can request are Pre-approved Roles, i.e., they don't need approval from anyone for you to be a member. Please follow the following steps to request a role from the Bot.
Type help in the Bot to bring the options menu.
Click on the Request for an app or a management role button.
Select either application role or management role.
You can directly type the role's name or type all to list all available roles. Select the role from the list and click on OK.
You should see a similar message saying that the request has been approved or sent for approval. Clicking on the provided link will open the approval details in the IT shop interface.
