Notification Policies

Notification policies allow you to configure the number of notification emails EmpowerID sends to Business Request participants. One example of a Notification policy is the “Notification for Target Person Manager Item Fullfulment Completed” policy. This policy sends an email to a person's manager when that person receives an item requested in a Business Request.

Notification preferences can be set globally from the Notification Preferences tab of the Notification Policies page. You can enable and disable individual notifications and allow or disallow users to choose their personal notification preferences here.

Global Notification Preference Settings

EmpowerID supports daily digest emails using the Notification Report Subscription feature. Current shipping reports include:

  • My Business Requests – Email that contains a report of open or recently closed requests for the subscriber or those initiated by the subscriber.

  • To Do Business Requests – Email that contains a report of all pending To Do tasks for the subscriber.
