Setting the URL for the IT Shop Application

Each environment has its own URL that points to its IT Shop application. To set the URL, do the following:

  1. From the navbar of the EmpowerID Web interface, expand Single Sign-On and click Manage Applications.

  2. Search for IT Shop Microservice App and then click the Display Name link for the application.

  3. On the Application Details page the appears, click the Display Name link to put the application in Edit mode.

  4. On the General tab, locate the Full URL (Exact Match Path) field and enter the URL for the microservice in your environment.
