We are pleased to announce the release of EmpowerID Version 7.206.0.0, a comprehensive update with new features, enhancements, and refinements aimed at empowering administrators and enriching the user experience. This release emphasizes the following key areas:

EmpowerID UI Improvements

  1. Upgraded Google ReCaptcha to V3 for enhanced security.

  2. Advanced controls now supported in the Repeater section of the Workflow Studio, offering increased flexibility in workflow design.

  3. Resolved UI bugs related to controls, drop-downs, and advanced search, ensuring a more seamless user experience.

Workflow Studio Enhancements

  1. Removed dependency on Microsoft Edge for Workflow Studio login. Now using modern authentication with front-channel flow for better accessibility.

  2. Introduced a fulfillment workflow template for Business Requests, simplifying request management.

  3. Bot flows now allow pinning and interaction with pinned resources, enabling more straightforward navigation and engagement within the Bot interface.

  4. Added a Workflow Activity for ChatGPT, facilitating smooth integration and communication with ChatGPT within EmpowerID.

  5. Incorporated a new Workflow and Bot flow for interacting with ChatGPT in EmpowerID and the Bot, respectively.

  6. Revamped and modernized baseline configuration and integration for AvaloniaUI, delivering an improved and contemporary user interface experience.

  7. Implemented a new LowCode/NoCode panel using the AvaloniaUI framework, providing enhanced functionality and user-friendliness.

  8. Introduced a new Workflow Activity that allows calling any BAPI function and executing the result, broadening the scope of workflows and integrations.

  9. With the LowCode UI, values can be set at design time or run time from the BAPI structure, increasing customization and adaptability.

Azure AD Improvements

  1. Added support for Azure custom security attributes "Definitions" and "Assignments" through the SCIM Microservice and connector Inventory implementation.

  2. Incorporated support for Azure Resource Tags, enabling better organization and management of Azure resources. This feature is implemented through the SCIM Microservice CRUD and Inventory.

  3. Expanded support for Azure Claims Mapping Policy through the SCIM Microservice CRUD and Inventory, allowing precise control over claims mapping.

  4. Introduced Wizard Workflows for Azure Application management, streamlining Azure Application AppRoles, App API permissions with an approval process, Azure app token claims configuration, and Azure claims mapping policy management.

  5. Enabled Modern Authentication support for OAuth-enabled Applications, improving security and authentication capabilities.

  6. Added a SCIM microservice and connector for CRUD operations on B2C tenants, which enables the creation and management of B2C Users and Groups.

Exchange Mailbox Improvements

  1. Implemented support for inventorying Mail-Enabled Security Groups and Distribution List Groups in Exchange Mailbox, enhancing visibility and management of these groups.

  2. Refined mailbox inventory to sync the Identity attribute in EmpowerID as the security identifier, ensuring accurate and consistent identification of mailboxes.
