View Audit and Recertification Information

Once you add Recertification policies to audits, you can go to the audit and recertification dashboards to view their status as well as the number of recertification tasks created.

View Audit Information

  1. On the navbar, expand Compliance and select Recertification.

  2. On the Audit Configuration page, select the My Audits tab and search for the audit whose dashboard you want to view.

  3. Click on the link below Audit column.


    This directs you to the audit details page.


    • Dashboard – The dashboard provides a visual overview of the status of the selected audit and includes the following information:

      • Audit Owner

      • Date the Audit started

      • Number of days, hours and minutes left before the audit is due

      • Whether the audit is currently open

      • Audit compilation status

      • Number of recertification tasks generated by the compilation

      • Percentage of tasks completed

      • Total completed tasks in audit

      • Total certification decisions for the audit and their status

      • Total tasks by status for the audit

      • Top 10 people counts

      • Total progress for the audit

    • Policies – Provides a grid view with links to the Recertification policies belonging to the audit

    • Communication – Provides the ability to send an advanced email to notify recertification participants and optionally their manager

    The Communication tab is viewable to Audit creators only

  4. Select the Policies tab to view the Recertification policies attached to the audit.

  5. Click the View Dashboard link for an attached policy.

     


    This directs you to the Audit Attestation Policy Details page, which contains two tabs of audit recertification related information.


    • Dashboard – The dashboard provides a visual overview of the status of the selected Recertification policy and includes the following information:

      • Audit – Audit to which the policy is attached

      • Due Date – Date the audit is due

      • Due In – Number of days, hours and minutes left before the audit is due

      • Policy Type – Recertification policy type, such as Group Membership

      • Started – Date the audit started

      • Compiled – Date and time the system compiled the Recertification policy

      • Successful Compilation – Whether the system successfully compiled the Recertification policy

      • Process Status – Status of the Recertification process

      • Locked By Server – Lists the EmpowerID server that processed the policy

      • Attestation tasks per Audit Attestation policy – Displays the total number of recertification tasks generated for the policy

      • Total Completed Attestation Tasks in Audit Attestation Policy – Displays the number of recertification tasks that have been completed

      • Average Completed Attestation Tasks in Audit Attestation Policy

      • Total Certification Decisions for Policy – Displays a chart of the total number of unreviewed, certified and revoked decisions currently made

      • Total Tasks by Decisions for Policy – Displays a chart of tasks generated for the policy and their status

      • Top 10 people counts – Display the usernames of the top 10 people in the policy who need to be recertified (Open Recertifications) or who have been recertified (Completed Recertifications)

      • Total progress for the policy

    • Certifications – Provides a grid view with links to the recertification tasks belonging to the policy

  6. Select the Certifications tab and search for a recertification task.

    You should see a grid view of of information about the task.

    • Recertification Task – Provides a dropdown of all recertification tasks generated by the policy as well as a link to the tasks in the My Tasks app.

    • Description – Description given to the Recertification policy when created

    • Resource System – Resource system containing the resources needed recertification

    • Status – Status of the task

    • Item Count – Number of recertification items contained in the task

    • Completed Items – Number of recertification items that have been recertified

    • View Resource – Provides a link that directs you to the View One page for the specific resource targeted by the recertification task

  7. Expand the Recertification Task dropdown.

    You should see a searchable grid of the individual items in the task.

If you find Recertification tasks are not being generated, ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The audit is enabled

  • Each recertification policy attached to the audit is enabled

  • The Start and Due Date window for the audit is current

  • The Attestation Policy Compiler and Attestation Processor jobs are enabled and running on at least one of your EmpowerID servers

  • The permanent workflows used by the recertification process are enabled

  • No labels
