Visibility

Visibility Restriction policies in EmpowerID allow you to limit who can view specific resources. By using Visibility Filter policies, which are SQL statements written against the EmpowerID Identity Warehouse, you can precisely control which users can see particular objects and even individual attributes, bypassing the complexities of location-based delegations.

These policies can be assigned to various EmpowerID Actor types, such as Management Roles, Business Roles and Locations, Groups, Set Groups, and individual accounts or people. Once assigned, all members of the designated Actor type will inherit these visibility restrictions.
