Necessity and use of cloud infrastructure in identity governance are inevitable, research firm Gartner directly recommends opting for a solution with SaSS offering in its report (Source: Report). EmpowerID thrives to provide state of art infrastructure, reliability, and scalability in service offerings. EmpowerID SaaS offering is based on Kubernetes and offers a highly reliable & redundant infrastructure that can be scaled easily anytime.

EmpowerID components are deployed as Microservices into Docker Containers which reside on Azure Kubernetes Service. Load balancers are used to distribute load among the containers across two availability zones. The database also called Identity Warehouse is replicated via 3 active Geo-Replication. With all the cloud-native technology and infrastructure EmpowerID has a solid infrastructure to handle your needs. To enable communication between your on-premise systems and EmpowerID SaaS tenant, a lightweight Windows application Cloud Gateway is used.
